This compact table with its thumbnail edging has many uses: a kitchen table, studio table, or a table to fit in a nook. The sweeping tree like pedestal base moves upward to gently support the tabletop. This is a companion piece to the “Trestle Dining Table”

Using all solid wood, this dining set was designed as a theme set. The concentric rings in the table base are reflected in the chair legs and backs, and the scalloped, curved lines are used in both the table and chair legs. The table expands over 24″ to accept 2 leaves via hand made hard maple sliders and brass alignment pins. The chair backs and seats are upholstered in black leather.

A simple game table designed in the federal style. The top is removable for access to the backgammon well (with custom-made maple and ebony discs) or reversible with an inlaid chessboard on the opposite side. Two opposite-side drawers store all pieces.
