Terms and Conditions

At Heitzman Studios, our goal is to assure you are very satisfied with your wind sculpture. We will ship your sculpture, via UPS ground, usually within 7 days of order. If you need it sooner, please contact us. We try to accommodate all orders.

Returns for a full refund are allowed within 30 days of purchase, providing the wind sculpture is in its original packaging. Contact us within 5 days of receipt via email at tina@heitzmanstudios.com or phone 831-461-1376 for return details. Customer is responsible for return UPS charges.

If your box arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of receipt via email at tina@heitzmanstudios.com or phone 831-461-1376. We will let you know how to proceed. Please leave all items in the box as originally packed.

If the box is intact and your sculpture is damaged, contact us within 5 days of receipt via email at tina@heitzmanstudios.com or phone 831-461-1376. We will let you know how to proceed.

All wind sculptures have a 3 year warranty for parts and manufacturing defect. Collisions with falling tree branches, pavement, rocks and/or pets are not covered.
